Thermistek Technology

The Wi-Safe2 heat alarm utilises Thermistek technology to detect heat. This constantly monitors the temperature for change, and when a temperature change happens it predicts if that change will go over the alarm threshold. This enables the alarm to sound as soon as possible, providing you with an earlier alert to the potential presence of fire.

A Network of Alarms

Connecting with all other Wi-Safe2 alarms enables a network of smoke, heat and carbon monoxide alarms to be created, ensuring maximum safety. When one of the alarms is activated, all others in range will sound. This provides you with total coverage of your home, protecting against these dangers in a comprehensive way.

These heat alarms are great for use in areas where dust and fumes could inadvertently activate a smoke alarm – ideal for the kitchen or garage. In addition to this, up to 50 alarms can be linked together in a single network, giving you a fantastic level of safety even in large homes.

Hard of Hearing Alerts

The Wi-Safe2 system has been developed for the hard of hearing and other vulnerable groups. The heat alarm gives off an incredibly loud sound – 85dB measured at 3 metres – helping to ensure that the hard of hearing can hear it through their home.

If that's not enough, the Wi-Safe2 system also features several accessories designed for the hard of hearing to ensure their notification:
