Signolux Direct Universal Transmitter
For the hard of hearing, being unable to hear what's going on around their home is a very real issue, and it can make it difficult to keep in touch with friends and loved ones.
A great addition to any Signolux system, the Signolux Direct Universal Transmitter makes it easier for the hard of hearing to keep track of a range of things throughout their home.
Phone Connection
The universal transmitter includes a telephone line connection. This connects to the telephone line and will alert any nearby Signolux receivers whenever there is an incoming phone call, ensuring that the hard of hearing can always hear the phone ringing. A double adapter is included for use with a single phone socket.
Doorbell Connection
A 2.5mm jack on the universal transmitter enables it to be connected to a range of systems. It can connect to the low voltage side of existing doorbell systems, connecting them to the Signolux system for greater ease of use, and it can also be connected directly to alarm systems with a wired terminal output with a 3V to 15V AC or DC range.
Closing Switch Connection
A 3.5mm jack is designed for connecting closing contact switches, including door/window contacts, floor pressure mats and water level detectors. This gives the system a massive level of versatility enabling you to get the Signolux system that's right for you.

Please note: only one connection can be used per transmitter at any one time. Additionally, this product requires a Signolux receiver such as the Signolux Visual Signal Alert System Receiver to function, and will not work as a standalone item.
